Its far too easy even having reached Steve Davis level

It's a very addictive game and passes the time well. But like I mentioned above I must give the cpu opponent a head start of say 20 or more points at the start of the game. I do this by doing fouls on purpose ie, hitting the wrong colour till he gets more than 20. This has proven to present myself a challenge cos playing like this I win say 6 out of 10 games. There is still a challenge there. If I played without giving a head start I will win 10 out of 10 games and this I think is unrealistically easy. This becomes so boring cos I can see before long that there's all colours on the table so 27 points and I have a lead of 55. There's no challenge there see? I am not boasting cos this is not me being good. Its the game being so easy, even at this high level which I think it shouldn't be. For example, most of the time when its his break 8 out of 10 breaks will be fouls by him. The white will either, hit the reds and go into the bottom right pocket or the white will never hit the reds. either way I will lead with 4 points immediatley. Now, if you saw Steve Davis doing a break on TV you would see the white crack the reds and travel up the table past the D. so, why is this level called the "Steve Davis level"?
